Instructions

  1. Grate the potatoes and onion into a bowl.
  2. Drain excess moisture from the mixture.
  3. Add eggs, flour, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
  4. Mix until combined.
  5. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Scoop a portion of the mixture and flatten it in the skillet.
  7. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
  8. Remove and drain on paper towels.
