- 4 pita breads

Instructions
- Heat the leftover chicken in a skillet with olive oil.
- Warm the pita breads in a separate pan.
- Assemble the bowls: place lettuce at the bottom.
- Add warm chicken on top of the lettuce.
- Layer with cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion.
- Drizzle with tzatziki sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.
