A refreshing dessert made with lemon blossoms.

- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Wash the lemon blossoms thoroughly.
- In a saucepan, combine sugar and water. Bring to a boil until sugar dissolves.
- Add lemon juice and vanilla extract. Stir well.
- Add the lemon blossoms to the syrup. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it cool.
- Serve chilled.

- Use fresh lemon blossoms for the best flavor.
- Adjust sugar to taste.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
