Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking pan.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add powdered sugar, eggs, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
