- 1 loaf of brioche bread, cubed
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup lemon curd
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Zest of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Mix in lemon curd until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, salt, and lemon zest.
- Layer the bread cubes in a greased baking dish.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the bread.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For a sweeter taste, add more sugar.
