Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add lemon curd, eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and lemon zest. Mix until well combined.
- Layer the cubed brioche in a greased baking dish.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the bread cubes, ensuring even coverage.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- For a stronger lemon flavor, add more lemon zest.
