Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, melted butter, and eggs.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Once cooled, fill donuts with lemon curd using a piping bag.

- Donuts can be dusted with powdered sugar before serving.
