Ingrédients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup green olives, pitted
- 1 cup black olives, pitted
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine lemon juice, olive oil, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Add shrimp and mix well to coat.
- Marinate shrimp in the mixture for 15 minutes.
- In a skillet, cook shrimp over medium heat until pink, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
- Mix in olives.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
