Description

A light and flavorful dish featuring shrimp and zucchini noodles tossed in a lemon garlic sauce.


Ingrédients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 medium zucchinis, spiralized
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add shrimp, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in zucchini noodles and lemon juice, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and add lemon zest and parsley. Toss to combine.
  6. Serve immediately.
