Instructions
- In a bowl, mix lemon juice and sugar until dissolved.
- Add heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
- Fold in lemon zest and crushed graham crackers.
- Pour mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions.
- Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Serve in bowls and garnish with additional lemon zest if desired.
