A refreshing and tangy lemon raspberry layered pie.

- 1 pre-baked pie crust
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix lemon juice, sugar, eggs, and melted butter.
- Add lemon zest to the mixture and stir well.
- Pour the mixture into the pre-baked pie crust.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until set.
- Allow pie to cool completely.
- Layer fresh raspberries on top of the cooled pie.
- Spread whipped cream over the raspberries.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
