Instructions

- Add in the lemon zest and lemon juice.
- Gradually mix in the flour and salt until combined.
- Shape the dough into a log and wrap it in plastic wrap. Chill for 30 minutes.
- Slice the log into 1/4 inch thick cookies and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let cool before serving.
