Description
Delicious lemon truffles coated in chocolate.
Ingrédients

- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder for coating
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until it simmers.
- Remove from heat and add white chocolate chips. Stir until melted.
- Add lemon zest and lemon juice. Mix well.
- In a bowl, combine graham crackers and powdered sugar. Gradually add chocolate mixture.
- Chill the mixture for 30 minutes.
- Form small balls and roll in cocoa powder.
- Place truffles on a baking sheet and refrigerate until firm.
