- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest

- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it begins to simmer.
- Remove from heat and add white chocolate chips. Stir until melted.
- Add lemon zest and lemon juice. Mix well.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, scoop small portions and roll them into balls.
- Roll the truffles in crushed graham crackers and dust with powdered sugar.
- Refrigerate for an additional 30 minutes before serving.
