- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, sugar, and oil until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the yogurt mixture.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
