Description
A light and healthy broccoli pasta dish packed with flavor.
Ingrédients

- 8 oz whole wheat pasta
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the whole wheat pasta according to package instructions.
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add broccoli. Cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Drain the pasta and broccoli, reserving 1/2 cup of cooking water.
- In the same pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add pasta and broccoli back to the pot. Toss to combine.
- If needed, add reserved cooking water to achieve desired consistency.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve warm.

- Use gluten-free pasta for a gluten-free option.
- Add grilled chicken or shrimp for extra protein.
