Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Add cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger to the mixture and stir well.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until set.
- Let it cool before serving.
- Top with chopped nuts if desired.
