- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened

- 1/4 cup lilac flowers, cleaned
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together butter, sugar, and honey until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- In another bowl, combine flour and baking powder.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk.
- Fold in cleaned lilac flowers.
- Pour batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use only edible lilac flowers.
- Adjust honey to taste.
- Serve with whipped cream or fresh fruit.
