A refreshing dessert combining the tang of lime with the creaminess of cheesecake.


Ingrédients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Add lime juice and zest, mixing until well combined.
  6. In another bowl, whip heavy cream and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  7. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  8. Pour the filling over the crust in the pan.
  9. Bake for 45 minutes, then cool to room temperature.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a stronger lime flavor, increase the lime zest.
  • Serve with lime wedges for garnish.
