Ingrédients

  • 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with butter.
  3. Layer half of the potatoes at the bottom of the dish.
  4. Mix half of the cream, garlic, salt, and pepper. Pour over the potatoes.
  5. Add half of the cheese, bacon, and green onions.
  6. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  8. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden.

Notes

  • Let it sit for 10 minutes before serving.
  • Use different cheeses for variety.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
