- 1 lb steak, diced
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 large tortillas
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add steak, bell pepper, onion, and taco seasoning. Cook until steak is browned and vegetables are tender.
- Remove the mixture from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Place a tortilla in the skillet, add a portion of the steak mixture, and sprinkle with cheese.
- Fold the tortilla in half and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Slice and serve warm.

- You can add jalapeños for extra heat.
