A creamy and flavorful lobster and shrimp mac and cheese dish.
Ingrédients

- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Whisk in flour, stirring constantly for 2 minutes.
- Add milk and cream, whisk until smooth.
- Stir in cheddar cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until melted.
- Add cooked macaroni, lobster, and shrimp. Mix well.
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with breadcrumbs.
- Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- Use fresh seafood for best flavor.
- Adjust cheese types for different flavors.
- Add more spices for extra kick.
