Instructions

  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Whisk in flour, stirring constantly for 2 minutes.
  4. Add milk and cream, whisk until smooth.
  5. Stir in cheddar cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until melted.
  6. Add cooked macaroni, lobster, and shrimp. Mix well.
  7. Transfer to a baking dish and top with breadcrumbs.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
