Description
A simple and delicious lobster tail recipe that you can make at home.
Ingrédients

- 2 lobster tails
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Using kitchen scissors, cut the top of the lobster shell lengthwise.
- Gently pull the lobster meat out and place it on top of the shell.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the melted butter.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture over the lobster meat.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the lobster is opaque.
- Serve with extra garlic butter on the side.
Notes
- Make sure not to overcook the lobster.
- You can substitute garlic with herbs if desired.
