A simple and delicious lobster tail recipe that you can make at home.


Ingrédients

  • 2 lobster tails
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Using kitchen scissors, cut the top of the lobster shell lengthwise.
  3. Gently pull the lobster meat out and place it on top of the shell.
  4. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  5. Add minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the melted butter.
  6. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the lobster meat.
  7. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the lobster is opaque.
  9. Serve with extra garlic butter on the side.

Notes

  • Make sure not to overcook the lobster.
  • You can substitute garlic with herbs if desired.
