A simple and delicious lobster tail recipe for a delightful seafood dish.
Ingrédients

- 2 lobster tails
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Using scissors, cut the top of the lobster shell down to the tail.
- Gently lift the meat out and place it on top of the shell.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter and add garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the lobster meat with the garlic butter mixture.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the lobster is opaque.
- Serve with remaining garlic butter.

- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Serve with a side of vegetables or rice.
- Make sure not to overcook the lobster.
