  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Using scissors, cut the top of the lobster shell down to the tail.
  3. Gently lift the meat out and place it on top of the shell.
  4. In a small saucepan, melt the butter and add garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  5. Brush the lobster meat with the garlic butter mixture.
  6. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the lobster is opaque.
  8. Serve with remaining garlic butter.
