Description

Deliciously baked lobster tails with garlic butter.


Ingrédients

  • 4 lobster tails
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter and add garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut the lobster tails down the middle and gently pull the meat out.
  4. Place the lobster meat on top of the shells.
  5. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the lobster meat.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the lobster is opaque.
  7. Serve hot with additional garlic butter if desired.
