- 2 lobster tails
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise.
- Gently pull the meat out and lay it on top of the shell.
- Melt butter in a saucepan and add garlic, cooking for 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the lobster meat with the butter mixture.
- Place the tails on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and serve immediately.
