- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Frosting: 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg, vanilla extract, and almond extract to the butter mixture.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
- Let cookies cool completely.
- For the frosting, beat together butter, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Frost cooled cookies and sprinkle with decorations.
