- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each chicken breast in flour, dip in eggs, then coat in the parmesan mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry chicken breasts for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
