- 1/2 cup erythritol
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, almond milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Serve with sugar-free whipped cream for added flavor.
