Description

Ingrédients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup red bean paste

Instructions

  1. Mix glutinous rice flour and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Add water and coconut milk, and stir until smooth.
  3. Grease a cake pan and pour half the mixture into it.
  4. Spread red bean paste over the mixture.
  5. Pour the remaining mixture on top of the red bean paste.
  6. Steam for 45 minutes until set.
  7. Let it cool before removing from the pan.
  8. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
