- 2 cups glutinous rice flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup red bean paste
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
Instructions
- Mix glutinous rice flour and sugar in a bowl.
- Add water and coconut milk, and stir until smooth.
- Grease a cake pan and pour half the mixture into it.
- Spread red bean paste over the mixture.
- Pour the remaining mixture on top of the red bean paste.
- Steam for 45 minutes until set.
- Let it cool before removing from the pan.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
Notes
- Serve with a cup of tea.
- Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week.
- Slice with a wet knife for cleaner cuts.
