Ingrédients

- 1 cup glutinous rice flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup mung bean paste
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix glutinous rice flour and sugar in a bowl.
- Add water and coconut milk, stirring until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, combine mung bean paste and vanilla extract.
- Pour half of the rice flour mixture into a greased steaming dish.
- Spread the mung bean mixture over the rice layer.
- Cover with the remaining rice flour mixture.
- Steam for 30 minutes.
- Let cool, then cut into squares and sprinkle with shredded coconut.
Notes
- Use fresh coconut for better flavor.
- Adjust sugar to taste.
- Can be served warm or cold.
