Instructions

  1. Mix glutinous rice flour and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Add water and coconut milk, stirring until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine mung bean paste and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour half of the rice flour mixture into a greased steaming dish.
  5. Spread the mung bean mixture over the rice layer.
  6. Cover with the remaining rice flour mixture.
  7. Steam for 30 minutes.
  8. Let cool, then cut into squares and sprinkle with shredded coconut.
