Instructions
- Soak the glutinous rice and mung beans overnight.
- Steam the mung beans until soft.
- Mix the rice, mung beans, sugar, coconut milk, and salt in a bowl.
- Line a steaming dish with banana leaves.
- Pour the mixture into the dish and smooth the top.
- Cover with more banana leaves and steam for 45 minutes.
- Let it cool before slicing and serving.

- Use fresh banana leaves for better flavor.
- Adjust sugar according to your taste.
