- 2 cups elbow macaroni

Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

- Slowly whisk in the milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat and stir in the cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and mix well.
- Serve warm.
