  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp mustard powder
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook macaroni according to package directions.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  4. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and mustard powder.
  5. Gradually whisk in milk and cook until thickened.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in cheddar and Parmesan until melted.
  7. Combine pasta and cheese sauce, then transfer to a baking dish.
  8. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
