Ingrédients

  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into chunks.
  2. Boil in salted water until tender.
  3. Drain and return potatoes to the pot.
  4. Add butter, milk, and sour cream.
  5. Mash until smooth.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Transfer to a baking dish and cover.
  8. Refrigerate until ready to bake.
  9. Before serving, bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
