- 2 eggs, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and celery, sauté until soft.
- In a large bowl, combine bread, broth, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Mix in the sautéed vegetables and beaten eggs.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- This stuffing can be made a day ahead and stored in the fridge.
- Reheat in the oven before serving.
- You can add cooked sausage for extra flavor.
