Instructions
- Prepare the turkey by seasoning and brining it the night before.

- Peel and chop the potatoes, then store them in cold water.
- Blanch the green beans, then mix them with the sauce and fried onions.
- Bake the pumpkin pie a day ahead and let it cool.
