Delicious mango-flavored cookies that are soft and chewy.
Ingrédients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup mango puree
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped mango pieces
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
- Add the egg, mango puree, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Mix until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped mango pieces.
- Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
- Use ripe mango for better flavor.
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- These cookies can be frozen for up to one month.
