Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
  3. Add softened butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Press half of the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  5. In another bowl, combine diced mango, lemon juice, and cornstarch.
  6. Spread the mango mixture over the crust.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture on top.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden.
  9. Let cool before cutting into bars.
