  2. Dice the red bell pepper.
  3. Finely chop the red onion.
  4. Seed and mince the jalapeño.
  5. Chop the fresh cilantro.
  6. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients.
  7. Pour lime juice over the mixture.
  8. Add salt to taste.
  9. Mix well and let it sit for 15 minutes before serving.
