- 2 lbs pork tenderloin
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix maple syrup, bourbon, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the pork tenderloin with olive oil.
- Place the pork in a baking dish and brush with the glaze.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with remaining glaze drizzled on top.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
- Let the pork marinate for a few hours for more flavor.
- Pair with roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes.
