- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix maple syrup, bourbon, soy sauce, garlic, and Dijon mustard.
- Place salmon fillets in a dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them soak for 30 minutes.
- Remove salmon from marinade and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill or bake salmon for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.
- Brush with reserved marinade during the last few minutes of cooking.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
