Delicious maple donut bars made from scratch.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter and sugar together.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
- Gradually add dry ingredients and buttermilk, stir until combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let cool and drizzle with a mixture of maple syrup and powdered sugar.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Best served fresh.
- Can be topped with chopped nuts for added texture.
