Instructions
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add pork chops and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned.
- Pour the maple mixture over the chops and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove chops and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
