- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
- Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- Add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes to the skillet, sauté for 2 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stir well.
- Add spinach and Parmesan cheese, mix until combined.
- Return chicken to the skillet, simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot with sauce drizzled over the chicken.
