- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup matcha green tea powder
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add matcha powder and mix until well combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until set.
- Let cool, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

- Allow the cheesecake to set overnight for better texture.
