Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add matcha powder and mix until well combined.
  6. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  7. Stir in vanilla extract.
  8. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  9. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set.
  10. Let cool, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
