Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Cook brown rice according to package instructions.
- Steam broccoli and carrots until tender.
- Divide chicken, rice, and vegetables into four containers.
- Let cool before sealing and refrigerating.
