- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 pound sausage
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 2 cups bread cubes
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey and sausage over medium heat until browned.
- Add the onion and celery; cook until softened.
- In a large bowl, combine the meat mixture with bread cubes, chicken broth, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well and transfer to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until the top is golden brown.
