Meatball quesadillas are a savory and cheesy delight perfect for a quick meal.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups cooked meatballs, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet.
- Spread half of the marinara sauce on the tortilla.
- Add half of the chopped meatballs on top.
- Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over the meatballs.
- Top with another tortilla.
- Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip the quesadilla and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet and repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Cut into wedges and serve.
Notes
- Use any type of cheese you prefer.
- Serve with extra marinara sauce for dipping.
