Meatball quesadillas are a savory and cheesy delight perfect for a quick meal.


Ingrédients

  • 2 cups cooked meatballs, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Place one tortilla in the skillet.
  3. Spread half of the marinara sauce on the tortilla.
  4. Add half of the chopped meatballs on top.
  5. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over the meatballs.
  6. Top with another tortilla.
  7. Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  8. Flip the quesadilla and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  9. Remove from skillet and repeat with remaining ingredients.
  10. Cut into wedges and serve.

Notes

  • Use any type of cheese you prefer.
  • Serve with extra marinara sauce for dipping.
