Description

A simple recipe for meatballs cooked in a crockpot.


Ingrédients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 cups marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form mixture into meatballs.
  3. Place meatballs in the crockpot.
  4. Pour marinara sauce over the meatballs.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.

Notes

  • Serve with spaghetti or on a sub roll.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
  • Meatballs can be frozen for later use.
